The full backup file cannot be opened because it is protected by an unknown password. How can I see the content?
Full backup files cannot be opened or edited in your PC because it is protected by the system password.
To import them, go to [Menu] > [Import Card Data] > [Import Full Backup].
To download folder card text data from the app, export folder backup data at [Menu] > [Export Backup] > [Folder Backup]. (Not [Full Backup])
This folder backup files can be opened in your PC and you can also import these files into the app from [Menu] > [Import Card Data] > [Import Folder Card Data].
To make your new data in your PC and import it to the app, please refer to the following instruction.
